How We Work

GiEM operates as a national movement of member organizations and partners, guided by a Constitution and governed by a Council. Technical Working Groups drive thematic priorities, while a Secretariat—hosted by a member organization—coordinates implementation and engagement.  Currently the Secretariat is hosted at Girl Child Network

This structure enables GiEM to remain collaborative, agile, and impact-driven, while leveraging the strengths of diverse stakeholders.
